How To Order - International Customer  

Here's a step by step guide for our International customers.
 

Step 1 »

Browse our online shop and choose the items you like by clicking the "Add to cart" button. You can add as many items as you want into the shopping cart. After that, you can checkout by logging in to your account. If you do not have an account yet, sign up for one.

Step 2 »

Please choose credit card / PayPal as payment method. Choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping charges will be shown. After you checkout, you DO NOT have to make any payment.

Step 3 »

After receiving your order, we will check stock availability and email you order acknowledgement with payment details within 2 working days..

Step 4 »

Once you have received order acknowledgement email from us, you can make payment for your order now. We will hold stock or pre-order for you for 3 working days from date of order acknowledgement.

Step 5 »

We will process your order and upgrade your order status to "processed" after we checked your payment. (*Please see the listed "availability" - meaning estimated lead time required for stock request after your order is being processed.)

Step 6A »

After your payment has been received, your items will be delivered* according to your choice of shipping method. Your order should arrive within 7 - 14 working days, depending on your location and subject to your local custom clearance. (*Not applicable to pre-orders or stock request items. Please see the listed "availability (meaning lead time for stock request)"

If your order has a pre-order title, stock request or backorder item, your order will be sent out when all the items are available to ship. Please make sure to check the availability listing at the product page.

Credit Cards

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal.

To pay online using credit card, we will send payment link in the order acknowledgement email. You can click on the link in the email to enter our secure payment page.

We are currently using credit card payment facilities provided by PayPal. It is the world's #1 online payment service which also support credit card payment even if you do not have a PayPal account. The payment page is using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with encryption. Meaning that your credit card details will be encrypted and protected.

For security purposes, we will only ship to the credit card billing address, if the credit card billing address is different from the shipping address, we will not processing the order. This is to reduce the risk that the buyer is using a stolen credit card.

In this secure payment page, you are required to enter your credit card details. After filling your details, just click on the "Complete Payment" button.

There will be an additional 4.5% transaction charge added to your order total.

Western Union Money Transfer

To pay using Western Union Transfer, you need to :

» Visit your nearest Western Union Agent location (to check your country's agent Location, please go to www.westernunion.com and click on Find Agent Location at the top of the page)

» Fill out a Send Money form (We will provide information on how to fill up this form when you decided to choose this payment method)

» Provide payment to the clerk in cash - including the amount to be sent and appropriate fees. Identification may be required. Additional restrictions may apply.

» Get the receipt that includes your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

» Send the MTCN number and the copy of the receipt to the us by email.

International Shipping Options

All international orders (outside Singapore) are shipped either by Singpost Registered Airmail, Singpost Speedpost Air Parcel or Speedpost Express Mail Service (EMS).


Speedpost Express Mail Service (EMS)
» The fastest way to ship overseas.
» Estimated delivery time usually 2 to 5 business days.
» Online tracking available.
» Guaranteed for delivery.

Speedpost Air Parcel
» For orders weighing above 2kg or bulky items.
» Estimated delivery time usually 7 to 14 business days.
» Online tracking available.

Registered Airmail
» Estimated delivery time usually 5 to 14 business days.
» Online tracking available.


Shipping by DHL, Fedex and UPS available upon request. Please email Customer Service at cs@star-thots.com for shipping quotation.

All delivery time listed here are not guaranteed and do not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package.

Important note:
1. If you choose to have your order sent by Standard Mail, there is no tracking available and star-thots will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

2. Orders weighing above 2kg will be sent and charged according to Speedpost Islandwide rates. star-thots may engage a courier service for delivery of bulky items. Customer will be contacted by email should such situation arise.

3. Self-collection or meeting up service is NOT available.
