Q.  How to place an order?

A.  It is easy. First, browse through our web site, look for the items you wish to buy, and then add into the shopping cart. You can add as many items as you want. Eventually, you may checkout and sign up for an account (You can track your order status and check order history by signing up for an account.) At this stage, you do not require to make payment.

After we have received your order, we will check stock availability and acknowledge your order. You can then make payment to us.

Q.  Do you accept international order and ship overseas?

A.  Yes. We accept all international orders. If your country is not listed, you are always welcome to email us at cs@star-thots.com.

Q.  I want to place an order, but would like to know the shipping charges.

A.  You can add the items you want into the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Sign up for an account then click on check-out, confirm the country you are from and you will be able to see the shipping charges according to shipping methods available.

Q.  Can I modify or cancel my order after I submit?

A.  Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us via the Contact Us form, stating your order number and items that you have ordered. However, you can only cancel your order before making payment. We are unable to cancel or modify your order after we have received your payment.

Q.  Can I combine or split shipment for my orders?

A.  Yes, you can request combine or split shipment for your orders if the shipment preparation have not started. Contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us form together with your order number.

Q.  How much is the shipping (postage)?

A.  You can add the items you want into the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Sign up for an account then click on check-out, confirm the country you are from and you will be able to see the shipping charges according to shipping methods available.

Q.  What are the shipping methods available?

A.  International orders will be Registered Airmail, Speedpost Air Parcel and Speedpost EMS. Singapore orders will be Standard local mail and Registered mail.

Q.  How long will it take for my order to reach me?

A.  Please see Shopping guide for International and Singapore customers. Keep in mind that the listed delivery time is an estimation and is the amount of time it takes after we have sent you "Shipped Order" notice email, not after the time you place your order.

Q.  Can I change the shipping address?

A.  Yes, you can. Please inform us of the change of shipping address as soon as possible by using the Contact Us form. If you are paying by credit card, we will only ship to the credit card billing address, if the credit card billing address is different from the shipping address, we will not process the order. This is to reduce the risk that the buyer is using a stolen credit card. However, this problem can be resolved by choosing other paying methods such as Western Union or cash in registered mail other than credit cards.

Q.  What kind of payment do you accept?

A. For local (Singapore) orders we accept :

  • ATM Transfer
  • Internet Bank Transfer  

For international orders we accept:

  • Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard via PayPal. (Not required to have PayPal account)
  • Paypal
  • Western Union Money Transfer

We recommend that you make payment using PAYPAL or credit card as they are the simplest and fastest ways. 4.5% transaction fee is applicable. However, for security purposes, we will only ship orders to the credit card billing address.

Q.  Do you accept concealed cash in registered mail?

A. With immediate effect, we have stopped accepting concealed cash sent via Registered mail payments. Please choose Western Union or bank transfer as payment method.

Q.  Do you have a shop?

A. We do not have a physical shop. All our products can be found on our website. If there is anything you want and not available here, you can always request it at our Contact Us form or email us at cs@star-thots.com. Please give detailed information so that it can help us to source the item for you.

Q.  Do you do meet-ups?

A. We do not have such service. We send all orders out via mail.

Q.  I received my CD, where is my poster?

A. For products that come in a bundle, such as CD + Poster bundles, we will ship both the CD and poster separately on the same shipping day. CD will be packed in protective vinyl bag and the poster in tube. Due to the size and the processing of different sized parcels, there may time difference of receiving the items even if they are sent out on the same day.

Q.  Why do I have to sign up for an account? Is it free?

A. By signing up for an account with us, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on your orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. You can also choose to join our e-newsletter to be informed of our latest promotions and new releases.
